2017 Thanksgiving Alert

Solid Waste crews will empty green rollout garbage carts for Thursday and Friday customers beginning at 9:00 on Friday, January 19th and Saturday, January 20th.
If you are a Wednesday customer and crews did not collect your green rollout garbage cart, please email us at generalservices@cityofgastonia.com
or call 704-866-6774.  We were not able to service many cul-de-sacs and dead-ends because of road conditions.

Recycling collection for customers on a GREEN schedule will be delayed this week.  Please leave your grey recycle carts at the curb and Republic Services will work to catch up this week, including collecting on Saturday, January 20th.

The next yard waste collection will be on your regular garbage pick-up day during the week of February 5 - 9, 2018.
There will be no curbside excess household trash collected during this week.
For leaf collection, please remember leave your leaves loosely for our curbside leaf vacuuming.
