Once your account is registered, you can view account history, consumption graphs or sign up for e-billing and other services. It's totally free and easy to use!
The City of Gastonia has recently upgraded our Paymentus online payment system with enhanced services and a new look. You will still receive an instant notification and confirmation of your payment but now have the option of saving payment information for future transaction or scheduling a payment in advance.

Please note that payments made after normal business hours, on weekends or holidays, will be posted to your City of Gastonia utility account the next business day.
Register your account to:
• View account information and activity online.
• Sign up for paperless billing and view or print ebills.
• Update mailing address and phone number information.
• Sign-up or terminate Automatic Bank Draft payments.
• Sign-up or terminate Budget Billing.
• Set up a Pay Arrangement on your account.
• Place service requests to connect, disconnect or transfer utility service.
• Ask questions or make general inquiries regarding your account, monthly bill, or other City services.
