Welcome to the City of Gastonia Field Operations Division. Our primary offices are located at the Municipal Operations Center, 1300 North Broad Street, Gastonia, N.C. We are happy to address any concerns you may have as they relate to utility and street maintenance issues.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide efficient and effective municipal services to the citizens of the City of Gastonia in the most consistent, equitable, and cost effective manner possible.
Functions
The main function of the Field Operations Division is to provide maintenance for City of Gastonia Public Works and Utilities. This includes the maintenance of City-owned stormwater systems, streets, water and sewer lines, right-of-way landscape, cemeteries and traffic services.
