Village At Parkside
Location: This property is located on both sides of the proposed Forbes Road extension, south of Neal Hawkins Road.
Description: The development will contain a maximum of 1,434 dwelling units, as well as various commercial buildings and a proposed YMCA. Construction has begun in the first phase of the residential development.

Gaston Mall Redevelopment
Location: Gaston Mall is located on the northwest corner of Franklin Boulevard and Cox Road.
Description: Currently, Gaston Mall occupies this site along with other street front stores on Cox Road. The site will be modified to incorporate additional stores. The existing mall building footprint will be modified as well as incorporating additional parking and new retail space to the west of the existing Gaston Mall.
