The Project Administrator manages the overall administration of capital improvement projects. This individual assures adherence to the NC General Statutes and the City's Code of Ordinances in developing contracts for professional services and contracted construction. In addition, the Project Administrator is responsible for securing and administering local, state and federal grants and loan programs for capital projects. Other duties covered by the Project Administrator include preparing and administering the capital improvement projects annual budget and developing a five-year projection schedule of funding requirements.
The Project Administrator is located on the third floor of the James B. Garland Municipal Business Center located at 150 S. York Street, Gastonia.
