Off Right-of-Way Program

The Off R/W Program is designed to provide an open channel solution to alleviate stormwater problems that a property owner may be experiencing. This program strives to achieve this goal staying within set spending limits; making this a no cost solution to the property owner in most cases. Open channel solutions are preferred due to the overall benefit to Gastonia's creek system. Pipe solutions cannot be requested under this program. Should you be interested in requesting service through the Off Right-of-Assistance Program, please call Stormwater Services at (704) 869-1063. Requests are completed based on threat to structure and order received.
