Mission Statement
The Customer Services Division is responsible for accurate and timely billing for City services and for the collection of City revenues including utility payments, parking tickets, business licenses and water and sewer assessments. Our office is located in City Hall, 181 South Street. We accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards, and cash. For your convenience, there is a payment drop box located on the South Street side of City Hall where payments may be dropped off after hours and on weekends. Customers may set up automatic bank draft for their monthly utility account which will save you time and postage each month. For questions about your utility bill, due dates or payments, please call 704.866.6714.
Property and vehicle taxes are billed and collected by Gaston County. For information regarding your property or vehicle taxes, please contact the Gaston County Tax Office at 704.866.3158.
