General Information
The City of Gastonia Litter
Control Officer is a sworn Police Officer assigned to the
Code Enforcement Division and enforces the Junk Motor Vehicles,
Public Nuisance, and Weeded Lot Ordinances as well as North
Carolina State Statutes involving criminal acts pertaining
to hazardous waste and illegal dumping.
