Using the IVR System

Instructions

The Integrated Voice Response system allows developers to call into an automated system to schedule inspections and check the results of inspections.

Permit applicants will receive a packet explaining how to use this system when they visit the Building Permits and Inspections office.

You must have your permit number and the contractor ID number to use this system.

To receive an information packet that explains how to use the IVR, simply call 704.836.0048.

This automated phone service will allow you to request a faxed copy of IVR instructions.
