Economic Development Incentives

Residential, Commercial, and Industrial

Incentives are offered by the city of Gastonia for new construction and the renovation of existing structures. Residential and commercial incentives are available in the Center City. Industrial incentives are available Citywide and work in tandem with Gaston County's Incentive.
