Fairmont Park
Fairmont Park is located on East Franklin Boulevard, a major cross town highway, and accessed internally by Belvedere Avenue. This neighborhood includes 71 lots on approximately 38 acres with a blend of historic housing representing primarily Craftsman, Tudor and Colonial Revival.
The historic character of these homes has been preserved and they are in excellent condition. Not yet designated as a local historic district, this neighborhood consists of housing constructed between 1920 and 1950. The Westfield Mall is located less than one mile to the east along Franklin Boulevard and Lineberger Park is located approximately one-half mile south on Garrison Boulevard.
