The Historic Firestone/Loray Neighborhood and Mill
Description:
This 1901 textile mill served the greater Gastonia area as a major employer until 1988. It is a six-story building totaling approximately 600,000 square feet and is currently owned by Preservation North Carolina. The mill and the historic mill housing surrounding it are eligible for state and federal rehabilitation tax credit. Click Here for tax information
