Bio

Councilman Horne was elected to the Gastonia City Council in November 2003 and began serving his second term after being re-elected in 2005. Mr Horne graduated from Ashbrook High School and attended Appalachian State University. He is married to Millie Giles and they have three children: Abbey, Maggie, and Giles.
