CPAT Orientation Video

 

Garage Fire 028Our hiring process runs from January 1st until January 31st each year.

In order for your application to be complete the following criteria must be met by the applicant:

-Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or Accredited GED.

-Applicant must have a valid appropriate drivers license.

-Applicant must have completed all 3 modules of the Career Readiness Certificate program and obtained a SILVER or better Rating, PLUS a Level 3 or above Workplace Observation. For more information on the Career Readdiness program click here, or contact the following personnel from Gaston College:

-After your application criteria is met and your application is processed, you will be scheduled a time for our Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT). Look below for information on the CPAT test.
