City of Gastonia and Two Rivers Utilities customers have several options available for paying their monthly utility bill.
No more writing a check each month, paying postage, or worrying about late fees or disconnection of your services. We will continue to send you a monthly utility bill showing your total current charges and the date this amount will be automatically drafted from your bank account, typically fourteen days from the date of the bill.
Participation is easy, and free. Enroll in automatic bank draft. The form is submitted securely to our Customer Service department.

Please note that there are earlier cut-off times posted at each of these locations for same-day processing of your payment.
If you prefer to pay in cash, we have three (3) Automated Bill Payment Centers (Kiosks). These payment centers work very much like bank ATMs and can process payments made in cash. Customers must have their 8-digit City of Gastonia account number and address information to make a payment, or in some cases may access their account using the service location address and last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.

In Person Payments
If you still prefer to pay your bill face-to-face with someone, you also have the option to make your payments at Ace Cash Express 2597 W. Franklin Blvd.
Customers are charged a $1.00 convenience fee for this option.
