Customer Service Collage 2Utility Customer Service is responsible for timely and accurate billing for City of Gastonia services, the collection of City revenues and requests for new, transfer or termination of utility service.

By using your City of Gastonia account number, or Social Security Number and address, you can quickly access information on amounts due, payments received, due dates and disconnect dates. In addition, you can verify open reconnect orders for your location, process payments or payment arrangements or speak to a Customer Service Representative.
 
Offices for Utility Customer Service are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and are located in City Hall at 181 South Street on the first floor.
