Firefighters from the Gaston County Firefighters Association will be holding their annual BootDrive to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, on Saturday, September 12th, 2015!
Firefighters in our area have a long standing relationship with the MDA. The boot drive is held every year, but the relationship goes much deeper. Many of the same firefighters that work to raise money at the boot drive every year, also volunteer at various MDA summer camps around the area.
We all realize that in today’s economic times, people are having financial problems.
But please understand, that the children need our help!
We are asking that the entire area come out to support the MDA.
Be assured that 100 percent of the monetary donations collected will go directly to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Firefighters will be stationed thoughout the area on September 12th, with one goal in mind. To raise as much money as possible for the kids of the Muscular Dystrophy Association!
