By reusing and recycling more, Gastonia residents can have less trash and save space at the county landfill. But you have to recycle RIGHT. 

As a general rule of thumb, recyclables put in the gray cart should be empty, clean and dry. The following list is helpful in determining if something is or isn’t recyclable.  If you’re still unsure whether your item is recyclable or not, try the Waste Wizard tool bar below.
