HUD Reporting

HUD Reporting is a compliance tool by which HUD endowment Grantees use for reporting activities and projects provided within their perspective city and communities. Funds received through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) are used to build communities through development of neighborhood revitalization strategies and other innovative tools while providing affordable and decent living environments for low/moderate income individuals and families.
Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) AND/or Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOI/RROF):
Project Title:  The Lofts at Union Crossing
Purpose:  Construction of 84 units of senior multi-family housing in Gastonia, North Carolina

PUBLIC COMMENTS: Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to Danette Dye, Housing and Neighborhoods HUD Administrator, at the address above. All comments received by February 28, 2020 will be considered by the City of Gastonia prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds. Commenters should specify which Notice they are addressing, either the RROF and/or the FONSI.
