Citizens can obtain official fire reports from the Gastonia Fire Department by visiting Station 1 located at: 260 N Myrtle School Road in Gastonia, or by sending an email requesting the report to Administrative Assistant Ellen McClain at: McClain_Ellen@cityofgastonia.com or to Administrative Assistant Phyllis Fuda at: Fuda_Phyllis@cityofgastonia.com. Emails sent requesting fire reports, must contain the date, address, and call type of the incident.
Visits to Station 1 to obtain fire reports must be made between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday thru Friday, except for official city holidays. All printed reports cost $3.00 per report. Cash, personal check, and money orders are the only method of payments accepted at this time.
