Biography
Dr. Dave Kirlin was elected to City Council in November 1999 and has begun serving his ninth term after being re-elected in November 2021. Councilman Kirlin is a local businessman and is the founding partner of Gaston Foot and Ankle Associates, P. A. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA, his Masters of Science Degree from Rutgers University, Camden, NJ, and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He is married to the former Nan DeCristofor and has three adult children.
